2 EASY STEPS TO REGISTER:
STEP 1: COMPLETE REGISTRATION ONLINE THROUGH SKYWARD PORTAL
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR PROOF OF RESIDENCY
New Student Registration is completed online, click link in purple box. The following documents must be uploaded into the registration program. Pictures of documents can be uploaded from computer or Smartphone. If you can not upload the documents, you can emailed them to firstname.lastname@example.org, text them to (682) 747-6501, FAX to (817) 783-3844, or mail a copy to P.O. Box 387 Alvarado, Texas 76009. If sending documents electronically or by mail, please include the student's name and grade in the subject line or body of the message
What to Bring:
In order to comply with state and local mandates, as well as local school board policy, parents or guardians must produce the following documents:
Government-issued Copy of Birth Certificate
All students must be age 5 as of September 1, 2023
Social Security Card
Must be the child’s card
Record of all immunizations and/or boosters
Driver’s License or Texas ID
Must be provided by the parent/legal guardian registering the child
One of the following documents to prove you live within the Alvarado ISD:
- Any utility being serviced in the home (water, electric, internet, cable)
- Lease Agreement (listing all occupants)
- Mortgage Agreement
- Notarized letter from your landlord (listing all occupants)
If your family is residing with another individual and your name is not included on the lease or rental agreement, a Statement of Residence from the homeowner or lessee stating that you reside with them, along with a copy of their current utility bill, will be acceptable.
