2025-2026 Elementary Schools

Pre-packaged boxes of school supplies are available at https://www.educationalproducts.com/ShopPacks.

You will need to use one of the following codes, depending on the campus your scholar will be attending: 
Alvarado North - ALV018
Alvarado South - ALV021
Lillian Elementary - LIL013

All three elementary schools will dedicate the same amount of minutes per subject and grade level so all scholars are receiving equal instruction time. Pre-K minutes have yet to be finalized but will be the same among campuses like other grade levels and total 450 minutes. The schedules may vary by campus but minutes will not.

Implementation of schoolSAFEid will expand from our current use of managing elementary scholar dismissal to include visitor management. This will replace the current Raptor system for screening visitors. schoolSAFEid will be used for visitor management at all AISD campuses beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.

This new system offers self-service kiosks that are designed to increase efficiency at check-in.

In order to manage the number of visitors for lunches at the elementary campuses, there will be designated days for certain grade levels to have visitors for lunch. This is for all elementary campuses. Please see the schedule below:

• Monday - Pre-Kindergarten
• Tuesday - Kindergarten
• Wednesday - First Grade
• Thursday - Second and Third Grades
• Friday - Fourth and Fifth Grades

*Extenuating circumstances determined by campus administration

All elementary campuses will continue to use schoolSAFEid for campus dismissal. More details about how it, along with arrival, will be managed at each campus will come at a later date.

All scholars will attend the campus in the attendance zone they reside in. All elementary schools will offer all programs (i.e. bilingual, RISE, ECSE, etc.).

Alvarado ISD is excited to offer YMCA after school programs for elementary scholars. The program will be at each campus and run until 6 p.m. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
