ParentSquare

Alvarado ISD and its campuses use ParentSquare to communicate with families through messages from their teachers, principals, campuses, and the District, all in one centralized place.
About ParentSquare
With ParentSquare, families can choose what methods they want to receive communication through. By default, all families will receive digest – or recap – email and text messages at 6 p.m. daily, eliminating the clutter caused by dozens of messages.
Features include:
- Receive communication from the District and campuses via email, phone call, text, and/or mobile app
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Two-way messaging between staff and families/students with automatic language translation
- Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6 p.m.
- StudentSquare (High school scholars can communicate directly with teachers/coaches/directors/sponsors)
StudentSquare
StudentSquare, the scholar version of ParentSquare, safely connects high school and junior high students to their teachers and extracurriculars.
Activate Your Account
Check the email address you have on file with the District for an email from ParentSquare to activate your account. If you can't find your invitation email, visit parentsquare.com/signin to register. Use the email address you have on file with the District to create your own password.
Parents/guardians will automatically receive emails, texts, or phone calls without creating an account, but will not be able to utilize the other ParentSquare features.
Free Mobile App
The free mobile app isn't required, but it provides another way to communicate through ParentSquare.
